How long does my order take to ship?

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed on major holidays could be subject a longer processing and shipping time.

Do you offer international shipping? 

FREE Standard Shipping offer is valid on orders over $100 for U.S. and Canada. Shipping times depend on your location. 5-10 business days for U.S. and Canada delivery. Alaska and Hawaii will take longer. All orders will be shipped out from our workshop in China or Florida.

What is your return policy? 

Returns will be accepted 30 days from order date. Items must be returned unused and in original condition / packaging. Returns are not accepted for all ‘sale’ items.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation is accepted only if the request is made within 12 hours of placing the order. Once an order is submitted and processing begins, the order cannot be cancelled.

Customs and Import Taxes

We are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply to your order. Additionally, we are not responsible for delays that may occur due to customs processes.
